Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel a service, please contact us directly via email or phone with your booking details. The applicability of a cancellation fee is determined by how far in advance you notify us.

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled service due date or start time are eligible for a full refund, free of charge.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service due date or start time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If you need to reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate your request subject to availability.

A flat fee of $5 will be charged for rescheduling a service. This fee must be paid at the time the rescheduling request is confirmed.

A "no-show" is a client who is unavailable at the scheduled time and has not provided any prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling.

In the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to 5% of the total service cost will be charged. This amount is non-refundable and covers the resources allocated for your service.

All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed and any applicable fees have been calculated.

Please note that any non-refundable state filing fees associated with services like LLC Formation are not eligible for a refund once they have been submitted to the state.
